Once your Content has been edited and published by UN-aligned, we hold the right to use that published version across our platforms and in any related format, including print and digital. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, promote, and include it in future compilations or collections.

We may adapt or modify published Content—for example, through formatting, translation, or excerpting—provided that we preserve its integrity and credit you appropriately.

3.4 Moral rights

Contributors retain moral rights to their work, including the right to be credited and the right to object to derogatory treatment of their work.

3.5 Removal requests

If you wish to request the removal of your published Content, please contact the editorial team at [email protected]. The final decision will rest with the Editors of The Gordian Magazine.

3.6 Indemnification

By submitting Content, you confirm that it is your own work and does not infringe the rights of others. You agree to indemnify UN-aligned against any claims arising from the breach of third-party rights.
